UPON ARRIVAL

Our valet/doorman is able to take care of your car and luggage on request.
If you wish, you can drop off your passenger(s) and luggage just in front of the hotel entrance and access the parking lot.

WELCOME TO THE TIARA YAKTSA

In accordance with the sanitary measures in force, please take the following precautions when moving around the hotel:

Wear a mask throughout the entire property.

Use alcohol gel to sanitize your hands upon entry. Please do this regularly.

Keep a minimum distance of one meter from other guests and staff .

 

YOUR ROOM


We have paid the utmost attention to preparing and cleaning your room.

First of all, we took care to remove anything from your room that wasn’t essential for your comfort, such as the bedspread, cushion and extra pillows, in line with the sanitary guidelines given to us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need anything in particular.

Thorough cleaning has been carried out in strict compliance with the health protocols, and special attention has been paid to disinfecting all contact points (handles, remote controls, switches, etc.)

THE MINIBAR

It is no longer permitted to stock the minibar with self-service products. However, the refrigerator is still in service and, if you wish, we can provide you with drinks of your choice.

TURNDOWN SERVICE

The sanitary protocols require us to minimize access to and movement within your room. As such, our staff will not go into your room at the end of the day to perform turndown service. If you want us to go into your room for any reason or to provide you with more bathroom products, please contact our room service by dialing 9.

SERVICES DIRECTORY

Documents, guides and folders are prohibited in the rooms. As such, we invite you to consult all of the available services on your cellphone or tablet by scanning the QR code found on your welcome letter.

 

DINING


The health protocols require us to comply with important principles which we would like to draw your attention to :

TIMINGS

Reservations will need to be made in advance for lunch and dinner. We would like to emphasize that this is also intended to help you avoid having to wait in a line given that only a certain number of guests can be in the restaurant at the same time.

DISTANCING

We are applying the national sanitary regulations which are as follows: a distance of 1m between tables and a maximum of 10 people around the same table when these people are a social group.

MENUS

We cannot provide you with menus that are being passed from table to table
As such, we suggest the following:
- Either consult the menu on your cellphone by scanning the QR code on your table
- Or consult a single-use printed menu
Only the wine list will be available in its usual format.

TABLE SERVICE

Unfortunately, you’ll only be able to see our employees’ smiles through their eyes as they will be wearing masks. Our masks meet the UNS1 standard and are DGA-certified.
All staff are required to wash their hands very regularly, at least every 30 minutes and whenever necessary.
We will strive to be as attentive as possible so that you do not miss out on anything, while maintaining the required distance.

MOVING AROUND INSIDE THE HOTEL

While eating with a mask is impossible (although it hasn’t stopped some people trying...), wearing one is mandatory whenever getting up from the table, even briefly. We are aware that this isn’t easy, but we kindly ask you to help us to ensure that this guideline is complied with inside our establishment. This guideline does not apply when you are on the terrace. This is the indispensable condition that we must comply with in order to have permission to operate our restaurants.

 

THE BEACH AND THE POOL
(located at Tiara Miramar)

You will find a set of beach towels in your room, which are replaced each day.
Sunbeds are spaced one meter apart, as stipulated by the guidelines.
Alcohol gel is available at the entrance to the beach.
Sunbeds are regularly inspected and disinfected.

SAUNA
(located at Tiara Miramar) (Level 2)

We are required to ensure a minimum area per person in these spaces.
For the sauna, 4 people are permitted while respecting a distance of one meter.

We request that you reserve your relaxation time in the sauna. 30-minute slots will then be offered. The sauna will be disinfected between reserved slots.
We kindly ask you to keep the towel that you used with you and take it to your bathroom.

*Please be aware that use of the hammam is temporarily suspended for sanitary reasons.

THE FITNESS ROOM
(located at Tiara Miramar) (Level 2)

The fitness room remains open from 7:00 am till 11 pm with free access. The machines are spaced apart in accordance with the applicable regulations, we kindly ask that you do not move them.
Alcohol gel is available at the entrance to the room and disinfectant spray and wipes should be used before and after the use of each piece of equipment and on contact points.
The room is regularly inspected and cleaned by our staff.

THE SPA
(located at Tiara Miramar) (2nd floor)

Your treatments will be provided as usual in our Spa, which is located on level 2 in the same wing as the fitness room. Please arrive on time for your treatment appointment.
As graceful as our beauty therapists’ arms are, they are not quite one meter in length, so both you and your therapist will be required to wear masks, from the moment you arrive at the Spa to the moment that you leave.

 

UPON DEPARTURE


 

We can email your invoice to the address that you provided upon arrival. It contains all the billing information that we have at the time we produce the invoice. You can check the document in the quiet of your room or with a nice coffee on the beach. This means less time spent at the counter checking out.
